CSS August SOTM & Apple Basket

Oh I just love this new set just released today from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS called A+ Darling. It is such a darling set for teachers/instructors appreciation. As with each month, there is a template to play along with also. This month Sue has really put all of her apples in 1 basket to come up with a template. This apple basket is a quick and easy way to provide that special someone with a hand made gift basket filled with whatever your hearts desire. I filled mine with an apple and some caramel dip. I am giving this to my oldest daughter who has be substituting for a couple of years and begins this month as a ful time Para Pro at the Pre-K center in Tifton. I am so proud of her and wanted to give her something really special. She loves caramel apples and I hope she will love this as well. My tag was made by stamping the sentiment in esspresso ink on vanilla cs and the apple in certainly celery. This is matted on some light green cs then some dark brown. I used my crop-a-dile to add an eyelet and a split ring so I could tie a ribbon. You can play along with this fun template by following the directions found HERE.
