Smackin' Essence of Love

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 584. My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 574 - Crisp Sahara Cake. I used Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 577 - Smackin' Acetate for my left sided panel and heat embossed the image after stamping in versa mark. On the envelope and inside of the card I stamped the small butterfly in crisp cantaloupe both front and inside for Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 368 - Spring Critters.
I also stamped in sahara sand on the inside a sentiment from Blessings from Heaven.
I am so having trouble with this computer or my internet connection as it took 30min just to edit the front view pic. I will keep working to edit the inside and load it as well. I hate time restrictions but that is what happens when you have to work to earn more money to buy more stuff. LOL
RECIPE:
Stamps: Essence of Love, Blessings from Heaven
Paper: white, crisp cantaloupe, sahara sand
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black, Versa mark, Crisp Canelope, Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake
Accessories: super fine black embossing powder
Techniques: Smackin' Acetate, heat embossing

Flight of the Spring Butterfly

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 577 - Smackin' Acestate following the tutorial found HERE I used so saffron, marina mist and pistachio pudding markers on my acetate, misted then pressed it onto white cs. And for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 368 - Spring Critters I inked up the solid image with crushed curry, island indigo and wild wasabi markers, huffed and stamped over my smackin' acetate section. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig for placement to stamp the floral section after inking with island indigo. I chose a butterfly as my cute spring critter. I always love to see them and the birds return in the spring.
For the inside and envelope I used so saffron and island indigo inks.
I hope you like it. Now off to work I go.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly
Paper: white, Island Indigo

Painted Morning Soft Thanks

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 572 - Getting Real Wild in the Mist of the Pacific with dessert of twine, floss or ribbon.
I used my SU Markers to paint on the pacific blue and wild wasabi inks on the image for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 575 - Paint Your Stamps. I used some Ranger Red Glitter embossing powder and heat embossing the sentiment on the front for Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 366 - Glittery Sentiments. I tied some red and white twine after matting on pacific point cs. I inked that stamp using the marker and stamped the sentiment again on the front of the envelope.
For the inside I stamped the image again huffing on it and without re-inking then inked up the sentiment using the real red marker and stamped over the image.
Now let's go to work.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Morning Soft, All Year Cheer I
Paper: white, pacific point
Ink: Versamark, copics, SU Markers - wild wasabi, real red, pacific point
