My sentiment is from a darling stamp set called Christmas Cupcakes and it can be found at TREEHOUSE STAMPS.

So Sweet Strawberries

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE - Always Real Chocolate. For my layout I used today's FLOURISHES TIMELESS TUESDAY CHALLENGE sketch. I also included Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Outside the Box. I stamped my image in graphite black, cut around the left side then used the Nestie large square to complete the cutting process. I cut a little too close inside so I ended up having to trim all the way around losing my embossing look (insert pout here). Focal image is matted on red then artichoke. My dp panel is from MME stack and the red strip was ran through the cuttlebug with my brand new heringbone folder. Love that CB. I tied some choc grosgrain ribbon around both panels and added a bow on the dp strip. They both are dark brown even though the one on the dp panel looks black.  I need a new camera for Christmas! I stamped the large berry, colored with copics, cut it out and popped it up and covered it with crystal effects. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Strawberries - Flourishes
Paper: whtie, always artichoke, real red, MME
Ink: graphite black, choc chip
Accessories: ribbon, dimensionals, crystal effects, copics E47,E49,G94, G99, R27, R29
Techniques: copic coloring, out of the box,

CAS Winter DT Call

This is for the CAS DT WINTER CALL. I used this darling SNOWFLAKE, ICICLE, and ICE CUBE ORNAMETS for inspiration for this Wintery inspiration and combined it with sketch #1. I used some Winter Snowflake textured dp I have had for a couple yrs from WalMart for the top panel and bashful blue cs for the base. I punched a strip of white and used my MS drippy goo border punch bc it looks like melting snow. I punched the small and medium side snowflakes from this fantastic set just released on the 15th from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS - Winter in bashful blue and pacific point ink. I love this set. I punched the snowflakes using circle punches then aligned them on top of the blue ribbon. I applied a little stickles on the tips of the border.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Winter - CSS
Paper: bashful blue, white, WM Wintery Textured dp
Ink: bashful blue, pacific point
Accessories: ribbon, MS drippy goo border punch, stickles, circle punches

This one is also for the CLEAN AND SIMPLE WINTER CALL. I used an autumn set recently released from TREEHOUSE STAMPS - Autumn Blessings. I used this MAPLE LEAF GLASS ORNAMENT for my inspiration and combined it with Sketch #2 to make this card. I stamped the leaf in this fun autumn set in kiwi kiss, crushed curry and dusty durango. I also rolled some of the leaves in a 2nd color. I love the way leaves look this time of year in their varigated shades. Each leaf is punched with a square and the dusty durango mat is the smalled deckled punch from Fiskars. This ended up larger than I normally like but I think it turned out ok.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Autumn Blessings - THS
Paper: vanilla, dusty durango
Ink: dusty durango
Accessories: Fiskars deckle punch

Ivy Out of the Box Christmas Tree

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Out of the Box which I absolutely love doing but this was my 1st try using my nesties as well. Thanks Lynn for directions. I love this. I used a digi image from THE GREETING FARM called "Ivy Christmas Tree" that I recently purchased and also love. I traced around the tail with a pencil using Nestie Labels 3 as my guide then punched and embossed with the cuttlebug machine. I colored the image with copics then covered some of the tree with my white jel pen then glue and sprinkled some Stampendous snow glitter ontop. It really sparkles IRL. My focal image is up on dimensionals. I used the Nestie circle for my next layer and for my 2 of my 3 back panels I used some of Hobby Lobbyies Season Greetings dp and green cs. My layout is from week 2 of THE GREETING FARMS WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE - Guest DT Search. I wont get selected but these challenges have been fun nevertheless and I do love these digi images too so fun is what it is all about. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Ivy Christmas Tree - TGF Digi
Paper: red, green, Hobby Lobby Seasons Greeting dp
Ink: black
Accessories: stampendous snowflake glitter, cuttlebug, Nestie Label 3

I punched the circles with layered paper punches then punched a hole in the top threaded 2 split rings and ran them in the cord that is tied in the center. My layout is from a couple of weeks ago MOJO# 109. My image was stamped in black then colored with copics and stickles applied for shimmer.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Winter - CSS
Paper: white, pacific point, bashful blue, WM winter dp
Ink: pacific point, bashful blue, graphite black

A CASE of Kelly's Polar Bear Colors

This is for today's TREEHOUSE THURSDAY CHALLENGE # 023 - CASE Kelly. I enjoyed browsing through Kelly's gallery to find inspiration in many places but I decided that I just loved the colors in this TO YOU AND YOURS CHRISTMAS CARD. I just bought this Christmas dp stack from DCWV and loved the colors in this sheet. I used my Nestie ovals and scallop ovals. I stamped the polar bear in graphite black and the sentiment in baja breeze from Snag'Em images that can be found at TREEHOUSE STAMPS. I colored the bear with copic markers and applied some stickles on snowflake.

The Gift of Love

MIL had her skin removed from her thigh and grafted on her arm Tuesday. The docs say it went well, she says it hurts like all get out. They are hopeful of coming home today. I wanted to stamp Tuesday and the color challenge was not up and I had to be at work early so no stamping for me until this morning so I did my usual and piled them alll together. LOL. This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE and Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Very Bravo Kraft and Monday's TECHNQIUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Paper Towel Flowers. I used 1 drop at a time to get varigated shades of burgandy coloring. I love this color. I also used a bit more glimmer mist this time and this one really sparkles, I love me some glitter and shine. My flower is held together and attached to the focal panel by a vanilla lg brad. My sentiment is from Close to My Heart and is stamped in bravo burgandy. I doodled around the edges. The dp is some Shannon gave me and I know it is from basic gray paper line but not sure which stack it came from, sorry. But it does match burgandy great ... bravo.. LOL. Have a great stampin' day all.
RECIPE:

CSS TTC11 Harvest Wheat

This is for today's Take The Tuesday Challenge from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS BLOG. Every month Clear and Simple host a different challenge. This month's challenge is a color challenge of Close to Cocoa, Summer, Sun, Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive. What gorgeous fall colors to play with. I colored this awesome image from Harvest using my copic markers for the matching colors. I stamped the wheat background in close to cocoa on vanilla cs and sponged some CTC on the main image. Both stamp sets can be purchased from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS. I used my Nesties for the focal panel and matt. My layout is from a sketch I found a couple of weeks ago from CARD POSITIONING SYSTEMS - # 139. I love this layout. I hope you like it and hope you play along with this months challenge.

Inspired Paper Flower With Warm Regards

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Paper Towel Flowers. I am like Lynn I love the colors of Spring flowers but also love the fall colors as well so I was inspired by this photo from Saturday's OUR CREATIVE CORNER CHALLENGE . I needed a card for a co-worker who gave me a huge compliment and pat on the back in front of our CEO last week so I am also using Today's THE PINK ELEPHANT CHALLENGE # 40 - Be Thankful. I was hoping I could get a really good pic of this flower as it really sparkles in the light. NOT happin'. I need photo lessons. Anyway I punched the Maurvy Extra Giga, Giga, Mega Fiskars scalloped circles, SU Scallop circle and 1in circle using my paper towel then I started with Glimmer mist added to Barely banana then summer sun, then dusty durango then choc chip spraying randomly as I added new colors. I love how this turned out. The center is a big brown brad that I had no idea what I was ever going to use these huge brads on and it certainly worked today. Whoo Hoo. I love it when a plans comes together. Anyway my dp is Recollections Autumn stack and I used some dusty durango polka dot ribbon. My sentiment was stamped in dusty durango then punched with SU large oval punch and layered with dusty durango. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:

Stamps: Warmest Regards
Paper: dusty durango, vanilla, Recollections Autumn
Ink: dusty durango, barely banana, summer sun, choc chip
Accessories: ribbon, paper towel, glimmer mist, mini mister bottle

Mistletoe Kiss Digi Contest

Oh I absolutely LOVE these digi images from THE GREETING FARM and this one especially. These 2 kissing skunks just tickle my funny bone. I stamped the image in graphite black then colored with copics. Seems I am so neglecting my prismacolor pencils and gamsol lately. Need to get them back out again soon. Anyway. I trimmed the focal image using my Fiskars 2.5in circle template and a pencil then used my scissors to cut the circle and around the image for an out of the box style. I cut the mat with the 3in template. My dp is some of Hobby Lobby's Season glitter stack I just bought Saturday. I love this stack. I also bought an EK Success, what I thought was a border punch, that turned out to be a strip of hollies and berries as it trims both sides of the paper. Guess I need to read the box better huh? Oh well I used it on this making the black matt wide enough to allow for both sides to be trimmed. I made this for the Guest DT contest 1st week challenge to use one of Maria Neira's image and create a WILDLIFE theme. What could be more wilder than 2 skunks kissing. LOL. Man I hope they like it.

Christmas Cupcake CASEing

This is for today's FEATURED STAMPER - Chrisations.ink. I found this darling SILVER CANDY CUPCAKE.
I changed: the layout, colors, theme, left off the silver embellies.
My layout is from Monday's MOJO SKETCH 111. The darling dp is from a set I just bought on a shopping trip with Shannon to Valdosta's Michaels and Hobby Lobby. This is HL's Christmas glittery dp. The stamp set I used is called Christmas Cupcakes and I got it from TREEHOUSE STAMPS. My image was stamped in graphite black on vanilla cs then colored with copics. The icing is heated liquid applique. I used some 1/8 in green ribbon to cover the seam between the red cs and dp. I stamped the holly leaves in versa mark then cut them out. The red berries are from my hole puncher attached together with the holly leaves and attached to the corner of the focal image. I also stamped the holly & berries image in versa mark on the upper and lower right corners of the red cs. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Christmas Cupcake - THS
Paper: vanilla, red, green, HL Christmas dp
Ink: graphite black, versa mark
Accessories: hole puncher, ribbon

CSS Winter Sneak Peek Altered CD Case

This is for today's INSPIRATION CHALLENGE - Jonathan Adler and I found my inspiration from the colors in this darling PIG ORNAMENT & GIFT BOX. I love blue so this just popped right out at me. And OOHhh do I love snowmen and the ones in this darling WINTER set being released on the 15th of this month from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS are no exception to that rule. They are just too cute.
This wintery set is right up my alley since I love Christmas sets and snowmen. I received this CD case from the CSS company as a gift and thought I would alter it and add store my Christmas CD's in here so I can find them eaisly. I used some Image That textured CS from yrs ago I got at Wal Mart to cover the top then the front was decorated with 2 shades of blue cs. The focal image was stamped in black on white cs then colored with copics and attached. I applied some stickles bc you can not have snow that does not sparkle and shimmer can you? LOL. Hope you like it and be looking for this and many other sets on the 15th from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Winter - CSS
Paper: blue, white, Winter Textured dp

Cowboy Snowman for Noah

What am I doing up at 3 am? That is what happens when you wake up screaming in your sleep from a nighmare. I hate it when that happens. This time I woke up my hubby as well. At least he has been able to go back to sleep. Me I have to be up in a couple of hrs anyway so I am probably up for the day. While I was up I figured I might as well make the best of it and check out the challenge. So this is for today's LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE - a Christmas RAK and for my layout I used Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE. What a sad time this must be for Noah's family. You can find a link on the Limited Supply Challenge above to read about this darling little boy who the doctors say probably will NOT make it to Christmas so his family is having an early one for him. I am sending this out in express mail today and hope it finds him with a smile on his face. I braided 3 colors of hemp together and added a cowbow hat button for a bracelet. I love this darling snowman and hope he will too. Image was stamped in graphite black then colored with copics E33, E34, E37, E39, R24, R27, R29. I stamped the rope image in espresso ink My panel 2 is actually a wide Christmas ribbon. I am writing Noah to have him mom tie his bracelt on him. I sure hope he likes iit.

I stamped the cupcake on white cs using graphite black then colored with copic markers and traced the design with my white liquid applique. It is Thursday and time for another challenge from Ashley for the TREEHOUSE THURSDAY CHALLENGE # 022 - Stationary. Yep, Ashley has challenged us to make a Stationary set. Wonderful Winter Polar Bear

Well Jessie and his parents are back in Augusta for his Mom's skin graft tomorrow. I have an empty house. This morning was a frustrating time as I wanted to stamp and the TLC was pointing to a techique video that was not working. ggrrrr. I had seen this video a couple of wks ago and wanted to try it but did not write down the steps. So I was in the dark and could not watch the video until this afternoon. So after work I came home and this is what I came up with. This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Double Embossing. I used today's sketch from MOJO MONDAY. My stamp is from the dollar bin Snag'Em images from TREEHOUSE STAMPS. My image was stamped in black and colored with copic markers after using the Cuttlebug Snowflake embossing folder and Labels #3 for the double emboss center. This is matted on baja breeze cs. This polar bear is just too adorable. My dp is from My Minds Eye Wonderful Winter. It is so glittery and shiny. My base is kiwi kiss cs.

Retiform Autumn Blessings

This is for today's TREEHOUSE THURSDAY CHALLENGE - Color Combo (Crushed curry, dusty Durango, soft suede, & a neutral). Ashley has chosen some perfect colors for us to be inspired by the changing of the seasons all around us. It is good to see the trees finally turning around here in the deep south. If you don't have these SU colors then she says still please free to play along with colors you do have close to these mentioned. I also did not get to do and wanted to try Monday's TECHNIQQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Retiform so I had to try it. Not as difficult as I thought it might be. I trimmed some of my post it notes in various shapes and began with crushed curry rolled then placed my post its and rolled dusty durango, then more post its and a light roll of soft suede on top to sorta give it an aged (distressed) look. My layout is from Sunday's CARD POSITIONING SYSTEMS SKETCH CHALLENGE # 139. Love this sketch. I used dusty durango for my base and a strip of durango on top of my retiform background panel. The sentiment on my focal panel was stamped in soft suede then the leaves inked in crushed curry and rolled in dusty durango then stamped randomly. I punched out 2 different types of leaves from Fiskars punches in crushed curry and sponged the edges with dusty durango then popped them up. The focal panel and matt were cut with Labels 4 Nestie. The nesties and the stamp set used called Autumn Blessings can be found at TREEHOUSE STAMPS. Hope you like it and come on play along with the THT challenge this week. Last week we had 22 stampers play along with the THT challenge. Ashley would love to see those 22 and more come back this week and play along with the color challenge, just remember to include THT021 in your keyword/tags when uploading to SCS or Paper Craft Planet. Thanks for taking a look and let me know what you think.
RECIPE:

It's Your Birthday Old Brawd

This is another one for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE. OK ladies I need some help here. I have been talking with Shannon about how to kick up my designs a bit as they seem dull and plain to me. She suggested that I stop trying so hard to combine so many challenges. So this is just one challenge. I colored this darling image from a set I just got from Totally Stampalicious called Old Brawd. I just love this sassy lady. I used copics to color her. I cut the image Out of the Box and matted it on Riding Hood Red cs. I stamped the sentiment in black on kraft cs. I used some Indian Summer dp for the 3 side panels. I layered some primas and added a purple daisy brad to hold them all together and folded a strip of ribbon to place under the primas. So what do you think?

Waterlily Acceptance

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE - Krafty Black Melons. I used a set called Waterlilies that I recently purchased from Flourishes for today's FLOURISHES TIMELESS TUESDAY CHALLENGE - Border punches. I used my Fiskars scalloped with holes border punch on the black cs layer. My layout is from today's MERCY'S TUESDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE #45. I love this simple yet versatile sketch. I decided to have my focus mostly on a sentiment so it was stamped in cameo coral on white. I then stamped the fish separately in black brilliance, colored with copics, cut them out and placed them around the sentiment. I layerd my oval focal panel with cameo coral using my Marvy Mega oval scallop punch. I used some Kraft pattern paper for the border punch panel and popped all of this up on white cs. I love the contrast of this. Hope you do too.

Vivi the Elf

This is for today's FEATURED STAMPER - Rachelhope13. I enjoyed browsing through her yummy gallery and finally decided on CASEing her DANCE SAVANNAH CARD. I have never seen this Anya before but I do love it. I just received this adorable Vivi from The Greeting Farms newest release and I love her. She is just tooo cute. So I decided on using her for this weeks OUR CREATIVE CORNER where Lori challenged us this week to be inspired by our fav holiday movie or book. My alltime fav holiday is Christmas and all of the Santa Clause movies with Tim Allen are a must see all year long. I changed the Theme, colors, layout and left off the ribbon, pearls, tags and primas. I used a sheet of cs that I also just received from TGF called Merry Merry, Is it not the cutest? I changed the layout of Rachels card to use this weeks sketch from CARD POSITIONING SYSTEM. I stamped the image in black brilliance then colored with copics E50, E51, G14, RV10, RV23, RV25, Y00 & Y11. I colored the bell with a silver Bic pen. The rim around the top of the hat is covered in glitter glue. It is just soo shiny. I used my Nestie Large Oval for the image panel then embossed it. This is matted on a Fiskars oval that I cut out in Pink Passion. I used a wavy paper trimmer to make the 3 strips in the center. I hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Vivi - TGF
Paper: White, Merry Merry DP, Pink Passion
Ink: Black Brilliance

CSS Cookie Bake Wiper Card

Good News I am hoping! It looks like my MIL may get to come home today if the skin grafts done yesturday look OK today. She will have to go back next week for them to recheck but I know she would rather be home than stuck up there in that ICU and I am ready for my hubby to fill his side of the bed. Last night I kept moving over further and further trying to feel him over there.

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE. I used Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Always Bravo Cameo for my color combo and made another of Monday's super fun TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Wiper Card just because they are so much fun and so adorable. I love using the little pop up for short messages. The stamp set I used for this is called "COOKIE BAKE" and is from this month's release from CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS. I also used a background stamp from a set called "WHEAT" for the 2 thin panels. I stamped my 3 cookies in the 3 different colors from the CC then covered them with stickles. The sentiment is stamped in bravo burgandy on the cameo layer. I love these quick and easy but adorable wiper cards and I love how this one turned out.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Cookie Bake, Wheat - CSS
Paper: Vanilla, Always Artichoke, Bravo Burgandy, Cameo Coral
Ink: Always Artichoke, Bravo Burgandy, Cameo Coral
Accessories: ribbon, stickles
Techniques: wiper card
