Snow Globe with Burst of Merry Messages

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 554 - Eating Cake in the Breezy Meadow with dessert of pattern paper, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 557 - Dangle Art, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 348 - Holiday Ace It. I am so loving this new stack of Christmas dp Shannon and I picked up on opening events at Hobby Lobby in Tifton. Bo Bunny Altitude is the name of it. I started out to make a shaker card and realized I had stars but no snowflakes and all of my punches were too big so I just stamped the globe on acetate, cut it out and glued it to the image. My dangled artwork was colored with copics. The globe was stamped in crumb cake, the trees in mossy meadow and the sentiments on the inside and envelope in mossy meadow.
On the inside I also stamped a snowflake from Snow Burst in Baja Breeze.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Snow Globe, Snow Burst, Many Merry Messages
Paper: white, Bo Bunny Altitude dp I
nk: black scripto 01 pen, crumb cake, Baja Breeze, Mossy Meadow
Accessories: dimensionals, copics, scripto 01 pen
Techniques: frame, dangle art

Dangled Merry Christmas Wishes

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 557 - Dangle Art and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 348 - Holiday Ace It. I am not much of an artist but I gave it my best shot and am ok with the results. I think everything is self explanatory and this is truly a CAS creation. No ribbons, no thrills. I covered the entire front panel with acetate and when I looked at it I was reminded of a card I bought eons ago that the entire front was acetate and I kept trying to remove the wrapping. LOL. OH well. Let's begin our week with a smile and a pray.

RECIPE:
Stamps: More Merry Messages
Paper: white, Wild Wasabi
Ink: Scripto 01 Black, Wild Wasabi
Accessories: scripto black pen, acetate, copics
Techniques: acetate covering, dangled artwork, freehand, CAS

I used a flower pot cut from elegant eggplant and turned it upside down for a hat. I used various sizes of circle punches for the snowman and attached some google eyes, gems and ferns for arms.
On the inside and envelope I stamped my sentiments in Bermuda bay. I hope you like it.

Trust God for Strength

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 551 - Blushing Saffron Pears, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 554 - Watercolor those Diecuts, Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 3456 - CAS-ing HYCCT. Today I choose the I AM A WARRIOR from the list as I was my mother's support during her 9 year battle of breast cancer that spread throughout her body. This is a difficult month for me even though it is my birth month. Mom went to heaven on 10/29/90 but I know in my heart she was not suffering any longer once she took that final breath. I had to Trust that God had my back and would give me the strength needed to care for her as long as He allowed her to remain. Mom loved roses and so do I with yellow being my favorite. I used my SU watercolor crayons to color my watercolor paper then cut the rose and leaves.
I stamped on the front panel and inside with pear pizzazz and the envelope with so saffron. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Trust God
Paper: white, so saffron, blushing bride
Ink: so saffron, blushing bride, pear pizzazz
Accessories: Cheery Lynn Rose Die, Twine
