Bokeh Beachy Sympathy

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 426 - Certainly Bermuda Roses with a dessert option of words of encouragement. What lovely colors and who wouldn't like to be lifted up. I try NOT to make dark and gloomy colored sympathy cards. I will have this ready for one of my beach lovin friends if the time comes.
This is also for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 429 - Bokeh Effect. Hope I did it right.
My layout is from Saturday's SWEET STOP SKETCHES # 210.
I used some dp from The Paper Studio "a day at the Beach" stack and matted on regal rose and bermuda bay cs then tied some ribbon on the bermuda bay strip.
I stamped the image in regal rose and certainly celery inks then sponged. The sentiment is stamped in bermuda bay ink.
Hope you like it.
RECIPE:

Paper: white, bermuda bay, regal rose, TPS a day at the Beach dp
Ink: bermuda bay, certainly celery, regal rose

His Child

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 435 and Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 425 - Basically Brides Pirouettes. This is also for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 428 - Happy Birthday Joan where I CASED her TAKE FLIGHT changing the colors, layout and theme. I love silhouettes and especially of little girls at play.
I used a brand new to me set from Sweet N Sassy stamps called "His Child". I stamped the image in basic gray and the sentiment in Pretty in Pink (needed a darker pink that would show up) then matted on basic gray cs. My dp is from My Minds Eye stack "Everyday Tango". One piece is matted on pink pirouette and the other on blushing bride. My base is white and I embossed the basic gray piece with Sizzix "Bricked" embossing folder.
Now let's go to work and earn some money for more stamps and supplies. LOL
RECIPE:
Stamps: His Child - SNS
Paper: white, basic Gray, Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, MME Everyday Tango
Ink: Basic Gray, Pretty in Pink
Accessories: dimensionals, brads, Sizzix EF Bricked

A Wild Rose for Mother's Day

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 428 - Happy Birthday Joan where we were to go back through the TLC list and do one hosted by Joan and/or CASE a card from her gallery. I did both by choosing this TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 412 - Let the Paper Inside Showand by CASEing her sample of OWL YOU NEED IS LOVE. I let the inside dp show by leaving the hole open and edging the side with a Fiskars border punch.
This is also for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 219 - CAS Featured Player - Bon2stamp. I CASED her YELLOW DELIGHT changing from a daisy to a rose, changing the colors and leaving off the nestie dies.
My color combo is from last Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 424 - Prim White Corals. I stamped the solid image of the rose after stamping off using Cameo Coral ink on white then stamped the 2nd image in Primrose petals. My sentiment is from "All Holiday's" and is stamped in primrose petals.
Now off to work we go. Have a fabulous Monday.
