Old English Welcome Home

Well I survived. YEH! I went to bed last night around 9pm after being up for 40hrs and did not even move until the alarm went o ff at 5am this morning. MUCH needed sleep. I woke up ready to stamp. This is for today's LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE - Designer Green, Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE - Stripes, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - More Rosey Kiwis, and from THE DAILY DARE I found a my layout using FRIDAY SKETCHER 40 - Sketch. YEH!!My image is stamped in Espresso Adirondack ink then colored with copics and markers. I applied white liq applique then topped it with white fun flock to simulate a snowy roof top in honor of all you snow bunnies suffering right now but you can get me back around July when we are in the triple digit temps and you are cool ;) Anyway I used some more pieces from the stack of MME dp and sponged more mustard on the matt for the cottage. Image and sentiment are part of one of my favorite sets called "Old English" from H & M STAMP COMPANY. I just love that set and the accessories that go with it. I also applied some stickles to the roof lines.I had an embellishment opportunity this morning, can you find it? I also had a blast coloring and creating this card. My picture was taken in my new Photo box that I made. How did I do, leave me a comment and let me know please and thank you.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Old English - HMStampCo
Paper: Vanilla, MME dp, Kiwi Kiss
Ink: Espresso, Rose Red, Kiwi Kiss
Accessories: Dew Drops, Stickles, liquid applique, fun flock
Techniques: sponge distressing

Disclaimer: I'm a photobox lover and used a home made one myself for quite some time. That being said, I think this photo looks great!

This is also a very cute card using one of my favorite H&M sets!

(I'm really biased this morning aren't I?)
