This is for today's LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE - Stretch Yourself where we were to use at least 2 things we did not normally use and list them. Well if you search my gallery you will find only a couple of cards with WIDE ribbon bc I do not do well with it. Just can not get it to work. Also when I do a SC that has a lot of layers I usually cheat some. Shannon says I am cheap I say frugile. LOL. Anyway today each layer is matted and the main image and cut out are both popped up. And since I don't usually attempt more than 1 challenge (teehee) I have 4 in this one. I stamped this gorgeous cross in perfect plum on some canvas material I had left over from making Jessie's gun sack to carry in camp for Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE - Fabric. Then I glued that to some chipboard which I also never use and cut it out. I really love the effect this gave. I used Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE and Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Perfect Pink Kiwis. The cross, sentiment and corner designs are from a brand new just released set from TREEHOUSE STAMP COMPANY. I am still not sure I like how the ribbon turned out just bc that is out of my comfort zone. I heated the ends of the ribbon to make them twist. I applied some stickles to the corner designs. Hope you like it.RECIPE:
