Lovin' My Wild Birthday Wishes

Well this is not the norm for me but today 'I LOVE MY CARD! I just love how it turned out. The So Saffron base layer was created using Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Got Grid?. I used Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Almost Wild Saffron. And the layout is today's SKETCH CHALLENGE. Thanks ladies for these wonderful challenges that keep me thinking and creating. I used my Fiskars paper cutter to line up the score lines then my saffron marker to highlight the raised lines. Layer 2 is wild wasabi pattern paper and layer 3 is wild wasabi cs with amethyst ribbon layered. I attached a green brad on each end. My focal image is stamped with basic black on white and layered with amethyst. I colored the cake and balloon with markers then applied crystal effects to the balloon. The gator is stamped on wasabi with wasabi ink then cut out and glued. The hat stamped on amethyst with amethyst, cut out and popped up. I used my white jel pen on his teeth, the edge of the cake, and the candle. This set is from H & M Stamp Company and is just adorable.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Wild Birthday Wishes, H&M Stamps
Paper: wild wasabi, wild wasabi pattern print, so saffron, almost amethyst
Ink: wild wasabi, wild wasabi, so saffron, almost amethyst
Accessories: brads, ribbon, crystal effects
Techniques: Grid lines
