This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 348.
My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 338 - Cutting The Cherry Calyspso Mustard.
My base is calypso coral with the next panel of more mustard pattern paper.
For my focal panel I stamped the outlined image in cherry cobbler then the 2nd image in calypso coral after stamping off. I used copics to color the leaves then sponged around the edge with calypso coral and then cherry cobbler.
My next panel I punched a 3/4 circle then used the negative sheet to sponge heavily with more mustard then used the punched circle to mask and lightly sponge more mustard, the botton was then sponged with calypso coral and the very edge lightly with cherry cobbler.
I tied some calypso coral ribbon and mustard colored cording through a button and viola!
RECIPE:
Paper: white, calypso coral, more mustard PP
Ink: cherry cobbler, more mustard, calypso coral
Accessories: ribbon, button, cord, dimensionals, stickles
Techniques: sponge distressing, 3D, 2 step stamping

Southwest Cowboy Birthday
This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 338 - Cutting Cherry Calypso Mustard.
I used my Copic Air Brush System and copic markers to make my background sunset scene.
This is also for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 340 - Embossed Kisses. I inked my hunka cowboy with more mustard then pressed it onto my Argyle embossing folder that was inked with cherry cobbler then stamped on my focal panel. I did the same with the cactus except I used Herringbone EF. My sentiment was stamped onto more mustard using cherry cobbler ink. My focal panel was matted on calypso coral. I embossed my cherry cobbler base with Houndstooth EF. Added some ribbon, then tied my horse brad with red cording. I had a day where my Libra zodiac sign was in full force. I could NOT decide which folder to use so I used them all. LOL. My stamp set is called "SOUTHWEST COWBOY" from MARKS FINEST PAPERS. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Southwest Cowboy - MFP
Paper: white, more mustard, cherry cobbler, calypso coral
Ink: more mustard, cherry cobbler
Accessories: Copics, ABS, Herringbone EF, Argyle EF, Houndstooth EF
Techniques: dry emboss, ABS, Embossed Kisses

I Need Refuge and Strength
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 340 - Embossed Kisses where I used the solid cross image from Refuge and Strength inking in daffodil delight then stamped on a Tim Hold "Sheet Music" embossing folder that was inked with pacific point then stamped on kraft and trimmed around the edges. Know what happens when yellow meets blue? YEP! GREEN!! Oh well.
This is also for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 133 - A Bright Kraft Color Challenge.
I used crumb cake, pacific point and daffodil delight.
Since my cross was so small I decided to ink the embossing folder up in daffodil delight and emboss some vanilla cs for my base panel matted in daffodil delight. I attached the Amazing grace background image stamped in pacific point a top and popped the cross up on it.
I hope I don't need this anytime soon but my stash is rapidly depleting. We have had soo much tragedy this year where I work, the latest was a power worker killed in an electrical storm here in our area a couple weeks ago that was a son-in-law to one of our nurses.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Refuge & Strength - SU, Amazing Grace sheet music
Paper: vanilla, crumb cake, daffodil delight, pacific point
Ink: daffodil delight, pacific point
Accessories: ribbon, TH Sheet Music EF
Techniques: dry emboss, 3D, Cuttlebug - Negative Effect, Embossed Kisses

Stacked & Recycled Autumn Bounty
This is for today's FREE 4 ALL CHALLENGE # 79 - Stacked and also today's QUEEN FOR THE DAY CHALLENGE # 75 - Holstein. Linda is such a dear sweet person how could I not play today? I chose her WEDDING CARD and changed the embossing folder, colors and theme. I do wish I had that flower she used but since I don't I had to use what I have "PEONY". I cut the layers out in white then sponged daffodil delight and real red for Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 337 - Real Night Delight. My button in the center of the smallest flower is from an old flannel shirt that I wore fishing so many times I was ashamed to even have it around so I removed the buttons and tossed the shirt. Never realized those buttons would come in handy one day. LOL. My recycled button is for Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 337 - Recycling.
Off to an early but short day at work and trip the dentist, ouch.
My sentiment was stamped in night of navy and is from SWEET N SASSY STAMPS from a set called "AUTUMN BOUNTY".
Have a fabulous Friday.

Ink: night of navy, real red, daffodil delight

I addeda layer to the top of the daffodil delight panel that was stamped like the background panel, punched a slot and made a bookmark which is what I wanted to do yesturday. I stamped the HB from "BIRTHDAY GREETING" sentiment in night of navy and the Script Background image also in night of navy.
My oldest dd (Shannon aka e3stamper) is a bookworm and her bd is in Oct. Guess who is getting this gifted to them in Oct? YEP! She will LOVE it or at least I hope she does.

A CASE of Hot Blackeyed Susans
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 339 - In CASE You Forgot where we were to CASE the 1st item we added to our FAVS. Well mine was this YELLOW BLOSSOMS Beauty by Cambria that I see I am only 1 of 164 who added this and it is no wonder. It is gorgeous. I added this in 2006 bc it was AWE inspiring and I wanted that background too. I changed the colors, ribbon placement and left off the sentiment. I also used a different focal image. Mine is called "BLACKEYED SUSANS FOR ENCOURAGMENT" from MARKS FINEST PAPERS.
This is also for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 132 - Hot, Hot, Hot to be inspired by the word. Well believe you me I am inspired. I have spent last week in Boston and if it were not for the snow in the winter I would move. As soon as we hit Tallahassee outside the airport I could tell I had been out of my home region. I stamped the dots and daisy background in choc chip then added some white dots in the centers with my white jel pen. The focal image was stamped in Adirondeck Espresso ink then colored with copics :Y11, Y13, Y15, G20, G21, & E39 then I added some stickles in the center. I stamped the bottom flower again, colored, cut it out and popped it up. This was matted on Yo YO Yellow popped up then matted on choc chip.
Now off to work to play a weeks worth of "catch up".
Have a fabulous Monday everyone.

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 345.
My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 335 - Kraft, Red & Yellow with a dessert of green leaves, left off the dessert since I am on a diet. LOL.
My stamp set is from MARKS FINEST PAPERS called "BUTTERFLIES AND WISTERIA and was just released Tuesday.
I found some basic gray dp that is so old I can not even remember where I got it but it worked for today. I used some ruby red cs and kraft cs. The top portion of my kraft layer was embossed with the Victorian EF from cuttlebug. My focal image on the circle was stamped in momento tuxedo black twice, circle cut on one and the other one cut out and popped up after coloring both. I added some shine with my copic red glitter pen then doddled around the circle with my kraft marker.
Hope you like it and have a fabulous Wednesday

Dr.Rhubarb's Get Well Wish
Happy Saturday everyone. Have you met Rhubarb yet? I hope you have already been seeing him in my blog post or over at Splitcoast stampers in my gallery or from any of the other Sweet N Sassy design team members.
Here is a fun image from SWEET N SASSY STAMPS new character lineup of RHUBARB's that I wanted to share with you today.
I colored the image with copics YG93 & 95, BG72, & N1 & N3. I used my Airbush system to airbrush around the inside of the nestie and on the oval punched sentiment panel using Y000 & Y00. Both the focal image and sentiment are popped up on dimensionals.
The base and ribbon is baja breeze and the dp is from a stack that I do not have named, sorry.
Both the image and sentiment are digitals printed on white cs.
