Bokeh Beachy Sympathy

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 426 - Certainly Bermuda Roses with a dessert option of words of encouragement. What lovely colors and who wouldn't like to be lifted up. I try NOT to make dark and gloomy colored sympathy cards. I will have this ready for one of my beach lovin friends if the time comes.
This is also for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 429 - Bokeh Effect. Hope I did it right.
My layout is from Saturday's SWEET STOP SKETCHES # 210.
I used some dp from The Paper Studio "a day at the Beach" stack and matted on regal rose and bermuda bay cs then tied some ribbon on the bermuda bay strip.
I stamped the image in regal rose and certainly celery inks then sponged. The sentiment is stamped in bermuda bay ink.
Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Close as a Memory
Paper: white, bermuda bay, regal rose, TPS a day at the Beach dp
Ink: bermuda bay, certainly celery, regal rose
Accessories: ribbon, sponges
Techniques: bokeh effect, sponging, stamping off, masking

Lovely take on this week's Sweet Stop Sketch, Neva. I'm not familiar with the Bokeh Effect technique, but will have to check it out. Thanks for playing along with the Sweet Stop challenge this week!
