Embrace Life with Short & Sassy De-Bossing

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE and I also used a previous weeks TECHNIQUE LOVERS-Vellum DeBossing for the large flower. This sketch was a challenge for me but I think I pulled it off ok. Panel 3 was not quite as long as I would have wanted it and I may put a layer of plain river rock under it yet. The focal image is layered w/guave then ruby red. The flower on the focal image layer was colored with guava then ruby red and crystal effects applied. Sentiment stamped in ruby red. The vellum flower was also colored using guava & ruby red then a red large brad to the center and popped up. Panel 1 is guava stamped with the stem image and I colored around in some of the open stems.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Embrace Life. Short & Sassy
Paper: Groovy Guava, Ruby Red, Whtie, Ginger Blossom, River Rock PP
Ink: Groovy Guava, Ruby Red
Accessories: brad, crystal effects
Techniques: Vellum De-Bossing, sponge distressing
