SKETCH CHALLENGE # 559, andTuesday's
COLOR CHALLENGE # 549 - Whispering in the Silver Lagoon. Just could not resist another attempt at Ombre technique with this sketch and color challenge making a Christmas card. I stamped the image omitting the star in lost lagoon. I stamped the star in smoke slate a scrap of white, cut it out, popped it up then added some silver stickles.
I stamped the star on the envelope then on the inside over the sentiment that was stamped in lost lagoon without re-inking. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Come to Bethlehem
Paper: white, lost lagoon, smokey slate gray
Ink: Pool Party, Lost Lagoon, smokey slate
Accessories: dimensionals, silver stickles, sponges
Techniques: 3d, sponging, Ombre'

This is so pretty, Neva! I love the shimmery star and its shadow over the wisemen! I'll have to try that!
