OCC CASE & GIVEAWAY

OK this was fun. I was blog hopping when todays TLC was not yet loaded and ran across this challenge on the OCC CASE & GIVEAWAY CHALLENGE. We were to CASE one of the gals from the OCC and link it back to the OCC Blog. Well in my blog hopping of these talented ladies I found this gorgeous post created by Stamp Act - Lynda Benden's Blog and instantly knew this was the one and what image to use. I got this cut image from Shannon who snagged it from the PIF here on SCS. My image was colored with prismacolor pencils then blended w/gamsol. The CS is from Imagine That textured pack I picked up a couple of yrs ago from Wal-Mart. I applied Stardust stickle all over the hill and ground and the snowman too. It really sparkles IRL. Sorry my photo does not reflect it as well as I would like. Anyway this was a fun project. Hope you like it too
RECIPE:
Stamps: Let It Snow - The Angel Company
Paper: Image That Textured CS
Ink: black Stazon

I also added my new Cuttlebug pumpkin folder that I just realized Sat I have had for weeks now and not used yet. How do I do that? Buy all of this kewl stuff and forget to use it! My image is from a set released this month called Happy Fall Yall and can be found at TREEHOUSE STAMP COMPANY. I also added the punched ferns using 2 shades of orange and green to capture the fall effect of the changing colors. Hope you like it and congrats to ya Terry for being picked this weeks FS.

A Leaf Load of Love

Good Saturday Morning to everyone. This is for today's INSPIRATION CHALLENGE - Domino Paint Palettes. I chose room number 36 and left the blue off since it is such a pale shade of blue and so I could also complete this weeks sketch and color challenge presented every Saturday on HEATHER ROLIN from H & M STAMP CO. You can also see any of the design team members blogs as well as mine for a close up of the sketch & color challenge. Come on and play along, just use HMSC15 and/or HMCC12 in your keywords when you upload. I also CASED Shannon again bc I am the Mama(lol) and she is this weeks FEATURED STAMPER CHALLENGE - It's FROG-tastic. I guess I am just a little partial and proud huh? This CASE is using her FROLIC AND PLAY TRIPLE CHALLENGE card for inspiration. I changed the colors and layout but loved the way she make a cut to tuck the legs inside the image. This is the last day of her special week and I hope I have helped in making it as special as it could be. The stamp set used is one of a recent HUGE release from H & M STAMPS COMPANY. I really like how this turned out but what do you think? I am having so much fun on this design team.

Deck The Halls With Fluffles

Well I have had to combine a few challenges to play catch up but then I am the "Queen of Combo's".LOL This is for today's LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE - Holly Jolly Kritters and Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT - Charmed I'm Sure. I also CASED my creative daughter who just happens to be this weeks FEATURED STAMPER - It's FROG-tastic and for my layout I used a SKETCH CHALLENGE from a couple of weeks back. I took most of the day off today to take Shannon to our LSS which is only 40miles away. Disaster of a day except that we spent it together. We went to a new place for lunch, big mistake most bland food I have had in a long time. No date set to return. We went to Hobby Lobby bc the On-Line add said 25% off ALL Art Supplies so we know they have Copic Markers and head to the check out with 2 fists fulls for a very, very rude clerk to snear at us that they are not on sale. So we left without anything. Except for the shopping date the day would have been a total waist but Shannon did find a gorgeous clear acrylic stamp set that she fell in love with. 30 yrs old and her face still lights up like a Christmas tree when she gets excited. LOL.
Anyway when Shannon told me what today's LSC was I knew exactly what I wanted to do and which card of her's I would be CASEing. Plans got changed a bit when she found this cute fluffles stamp that I have been wanting but still used the same idea. I CASED her CHRISTMAS IN JULY. I had this stamp and one day she came over and started to play with it. I thought this was just tooo cute. Anyway I used the rest of a sheet of ISS from a recent attempt and stamped my main image in black stazon. I lightly colored the images then stamped just fluffles again, colored, cut him out and popped him up. I punched some certainly celery and old olive ferns for the right corner and tied my yellow Christmas Light charm to the ferns. I really like how this one turned out, how about you. Let me know.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Fluffles - deck the halls
Paper: real red, real red PP, old olive, certainly celery, glossy white
Ink: certainly celery, real red, brilliant blue, lovely lilac, creamy caramel

BWC#22 Jolly Snowman

This is for today's BrainWave Challenge presented by Treehouse Stamp Companies owner ASHLEY BOWEN. This weeks challenge is a cool color combo of Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Kraft, and Chocolate Chip. I stamped one image of the snowman on a sticky note and cut it out to use as a mask. Then I stamped the snowman in choc chip and placed the mask on top to stamp the tree in kiwi kiss. I colored the scarf and cap with a blender pen from the ink in the top of the pad. I applied a glitter glue and after I did I wished I had not bc it has specks of red in it. Guess it is OK since the challenge also includes some red but it looked funny to me. The main image is matted on kiwi kiss. The sentiment is stamped in riding hood red on kraft and matted on riding hood red using Fiskars oval punches. The snowflakes are small and large punches from shiny paper. This creation is a sneak peak of a set called Jolly Snowman and can be found begining Friday at TREEHOUSE STAMP COMPANY. This is a really fun and cute set of red rubber stamps with cling mounted onto them ready for attaching to an acrylic block and stamping away. Hope you like it.

PRETTY AMAZING CASE

Hello eveyone and Happy Wednesday. This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Breezy Vanilla Kisses, and Sunday's FEATURED STAMPER CHALLENGE. This weeks FS is my very talented daughter e3stamper(Shannon) and I promised myself I would CASE her every day if she were ever featured and so I have chosen her PRETTY AMAZING card for this CASE. I changed the colors to fit this weeks colors and the layout to fit this weeks sketch. Placed my ribbon in a different place and used the ISS (Ink,Spray,Smash) technique for one of my squares - I used certainly celery and brocade blue but I don't know what happened withe blue, it just sorta blended together somehow. I need more lessons from Faith I think ;) The flower image on that square is stamped in black stazon. I ran the baja breeze square through Birds & Swirls CB folder to match the celery PP card base. The flower is stamped on vanilla using baja breeze then stickles applied. The bird is stamped in black stazon then colored with the squished ink from the ink pads of baja breeze and kiwi kiss. I applied stickles to the bird as well as popping him up on the flower. The ribbon is some shared with me by my sweet dd Shannon and it seems to be a close match for baja breeze, glad she shared with me now. Hope you like it. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Pretty Amazing
Paper: Certainly Celery Pattern Paper, Baja Breeze, Vanilla, glossy CS
Ink: Black Stazon, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Certainly Celelry, Brocade Blue

Jolly Snowman Sneak Peak

Woke up this morning so anxious to see the color challenge so I could get to CASEing Shannon again and eeeekkkk, what is this? Is the interent down? Why is the CC not loaded, it is always here Tuesday morning? I had to go to work and check back later to see what the colors of the day were. Well better late than never huh? This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE - Breezy Vanilla Kisses. As promised I am also CASEing my very talented daughter because she was choosen as this weeks FEATURED STAMPER - e3stamper - It's FROG-tastic. Today's choice was her HEAD OVER HEELS cute card. I just love that duck and the way she used different angles for the squares so I tried to replicate it. Not as successful as she was but I tried. I used a cute winter set being released Friday by TREEHOUSE STAMP COMPANY - Jolly Snowman. The background is a mini snowflake and design and I stamped it in baja breeze on vanilla. The images were stamped in black stazon then colored with markers. The sentiment was stamped in baja breeze. These were matted on kiwi kiss then matted on baja breeze. I found some ribbon that is a close match from my stash and slide a small strip of old olive in with it. I applied stickles to the end of the cap and the cheeks of the snowmen. Hope you like it.

Battle of Chickamauga Camp Life

Me and Jessie clowning around trying to stay cool. Man it was hot Sunday.

Camp life around the campfire. 4th GA Co E.

Jessie sitting in front of our tent eating beef jerky

Dee sitting on their bed in their tent. Andy was Captain for the weekend and Dee was the 1st lady. LOL
Well I promised some pics and these are not that good but here they are. I am hoping the ones I took on the other camera turned out better. Our trip provided us some of the most gorgeous mountain area we have seen since we went to Maryland several yrs ago for an event. We had a blasts in camp. Friday was hot during the day then cold at night. Saturday was warm during the day and not as cold that night but Sunday was hot, hot, hot. We got on to the site about 1hr after VP Chaney and all of his Secret Service men left, thank goodness for that. We were told no one was able to come onto or leave the grounds while he was there. We still had to wait for a battle that had just started when we got there to end before we could drive on to the campsite. There were many film crews there filming all weekend. We had a wonderful time but I did miss a very special day of my daughters. DH felt really bad about it but he was so psyched up to go even if I had known ahead of time we would still have gone. Even with the threat of NO gas, he was deteremined to go saying "this may be the last time I get to go to this event". It is only held every 10 yrs. We were at the last and believe me when I say this one was soooo much better I am telling the truth. The last one was horrible. They plowed up an old army field and left huge roots of tree trunks, etc for us to camp around or remove. Everytime a vehicle rode through dust went everywhere. My hubby had to change his air filter when we got home it was so clogged up. I had GA red clay in my lungs for 2 weeks. No kidding!

Special CASE of Wise Men Seek Him

Of all times for me to be out of town, I missed a very important day for my dd e3stamper who is this weeks Featured Stamper. What is weird is I told her before I left Friday "now watch, you will be picked as this Sunday's FS", guess I sorta jinxed myself huh? Oh Well no never mind what week it was I am so happy for her. She is a fabulous stamper and so deserving of the honor. So in honor and in effort to play catch up this is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Mark Your Spot. Top Right corner with sentiment is the bookmark. This is also the 1st of many this week CASES for FEATURED STAMPER - The Frogtastic e3stamper- aka Shannon (my sweet and talented daughter). For my 1st CASE I choose her REAL WILD BAYOU WISEMEN card. I changed the layout & colors and left off the ribbon replacing it with a bookmark. This set was just released by TREEHOUSE STAMP COMPANY and is just gorgeous for making Christmas Cards with. The main image is stamped in Black stazon then colored with SU markers and shadowed with Copic marker. The sentiment is stamped in brocade blue with the stars in barely banana. I applied stickles to teh star and candle flame on the image. Hope you like it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Wise Men Seek Him - Treehouse Stamps
Paper: So saffron PP, Almost Amythyst PP, Lovely Lilac, Bashful Blue PP, white
Ink: Black stazon, almost amythyst, lovely lilac, bashful blue, brocade blue, certainly celery, old olive, creamy caramel, close to cocoa, barely banana, so saffron

HMSC14, HMCC11 Fright Night

This is for the H&M Sketch and Color Challenge Combo presented every Saturday on HEATHER ROLIN'S BLOG. These are very addictive. Heather would love to see what you come up with so make sure to use the keywords HMSC14 for the sketch and HMCC11 for the color combo. The colors are orange, black, green, purple, and white. I used some Non SU cs that I have been trying to use so I have more reason to buy more SU ;) For this project I used Fright Night, a cute Halloween set recently released from H&M Stamp Company. I used the bookcase image for the 3 panels and stamped it 2 times on orange and once on green. These are cut out and adhered to the purple layer which is matted on black cs that I used my Martha Stewart scallops with holes border punch. I stamped the large bat on the purple base that is matted on black. For the long thin panel I stamped the fence and the headstones in black then colored them with chaulks. The sentiment is stamped in black and I used 2 sizes of circle punches, punched a hole for an eyelet and set an orange eyelet to run the ribbon through. These are both popped up. Hope you like it and play along.

Battle of Chickamagua

Well I am out of commission as far as stampin and bloggin go until Monday or Tuesday. We are headed to the tip of GA/TN line for the Battle of Chickamauga. My darling hubby has been looking forward to this event all year long and I have not been able to talk him out of it :( . At least the temperatures have cooled down so that it may not be so hot. My biggest fear right now is some of our local gas stations are rationing gas and other have NO gas at times. I am hoping we do not run into more of that up there. We are leaving tooo early Friday morning for me to get in the Limited Supply Challenge. I will definitely be in need of my stamp to rubber fix when I get home. LOL. If you are in the area of this event please do come by. It is all about educating and the guys have a blast while burning up some powder. I will have some pics when we return to share with you.

You can find more information about the battle on my blog but for this project I used my brand new Haunting Halloween set and Haunting jumbo wheel that I have just been itching to get dirty. teehee. This set is just too cute to me. I stamped the main image on white then I used a small circle to mask for the moon and sponged basic gray all over. The whee is also rolled in black and sponged in basic gray. I distressed the edges of the main image and matt layer. I used some orange and purple non su cs for the 2 side panels and white for the one on the right which is stamped in orange. Sentiment is stamped in black. I applied Ranger stardust stickles to the main image the sentiment and the wheeled image for shine. Hope you like it.

BWC - Not Today

For those of you who have been following the weekly Brainwave Challenges from Ashley Bowen from Treehouse Stamp Co there will not be one this week due to power outage. I received a pm from Ashley on Tuesday that the mayor of her town is predicting another 5 days before power can be completely restored. A lot of down trees and power lines from the storms Sunday evening. So sorry for Ashley and that area. Hopefully it will not take them that long but who knows. Anyway check back on her blog next Wednesday and hopefully she will be back up and in full swing. Keep them in your prayers as well.
(((((((((((hugs to ya Ashley)))))))))))

FRIGHT NIGHT HAUNTINS

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Glitter Surprise. I did this with a bit of a twist. Instead of a background stamp I used my new Cuttlebug Spider Embossing Folder on black CS. I then brushed the versamark pad over the raised sections and applied heat stick powder then heated then irradescent glitter then heat set again. The glitter still stuck in some of the non raised areas but I sorta like how it turned out. I stamped the haunted house image from H & M Stamp Co newly released Fright Night set in black on white cs and colored with prismacolor pencils then blended w/gamsol. CASE of a BIRD'S NEST

This is for today's FEATURED STAMPER CHALLENGE - Lazy Liz and Friday's LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE - TLC meets LSC. I chose to do a single layer card that I seldom do but see quite a few of in the gallery, I also used chaulks to do all of my coloring. This is also for Saturday's INSPIRATION CHALLENGE - Pier 1 catty. I went browsing through all of the pages of the Pier 1 catty and loved the colors on page 12-13 so I used them for my color theme. I chose Liz's ROBIN'S NEST card to CASE. I left off the layers making to make it a single layer card and left off the CB layer and added ribbon. I also used different colors My sweet daughter (e3stamper) picked this up for me on her last visit to our LSS which is 45miles away on a day I was working and could not go -insert pout- but did redeem herself by picking up this bird nest stamp from inkadinkadoo that I have been pondering over for several visits. So today I also honor her for thinking of me. After chaulking the colors in I applied stickles to the eggs, butterfly, flowers nad leaves for shimmer. Congrats to ya Liz. Enjoy your day.

Old Fashioned A Lot of Thanks

This is for the weekly sketch and color challenge presented every Saturday by H&M Stamps owner Heather Rolin. These are really cool fall colors to work with so I had to use my new fall set from H&M called Old Fashioned Hay Ride. The bales of hay and pumpkins were all stamped with Choc Chip then colored with markers. The largest pumpkin was cut out and popped up. The So Saffron base was stamped with the corn image in so saffron. The sentiment is from a set called "A Lot of Thanks". Both sets are currently available at the H & M Stamp Company Store. If you choose to play along on SCS please include the HMSC13 and /or HMCC10. Heather would love to see what you create.

WT183, SC193, CC183 Dashing Christmas Cupcake

I just got this Christmas Cupcake set that has just be released and can be found at TREEHOUSE STAMP COMPANY. I love getting happy mail don't you. So in honor of this cutie's debut this is for Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE - White Jel Pen that I did not get to do before having to be at work, Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE that I loved so had to do another, and I used Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Gray RidingHood Galore since I also just got my new SU In-Color inks and paper. WOW what a weekend this has ended up being. So much new stuff I don't know where to start. LOL. I stamped the cupcake on vanilla, then on shimmer cream cs that I won in a blog candy drawing from Linsey. Which was so cool bc I never win anything. I cut the icing layer out of the shimmer cs. I stamped tone on tone for the berries and holly then cut them out. Adhered the berries on the shimmer toping and the holly on the vanilla cs image. I colored the bottom of the cupcake w/prismacolor pencils then blended w/gamsol. I added small dots in the top of the berries and down the middle of the holly with my white jel pen for accent. The cream shimmer topping is popped up on the vanilla image. I used some ribbon I bought way last year that is a close match to riding hood red. I stamped the small holly & berry image on white 3 times, cut them out and popped them up on the end of the ribbons. The sentiment was stamped in riding hood red and green galore. Hope ya like it. Hope on over to Treehouse and check this and another cutie just release called "Oliva's Christmas" and get yours NOW while supplies last. LOL.

CASED Basket Full of Fun

Hi my name is Neva and I am a SCS junkie, I have been hooked for over 3 yrs now,LOL. I saw this wonderful creation of DEBDEB and loved the coloring of her apples so good that I had to CASE it. I hope she does not mind because she knows where I live and I really don't want to have to be on the lookout for a mad stamper. LOL. I am going to CASE annonymous classes they are helping some.LOL. Anyway I did not get to do the COLOR CHALLENGE - Gray Riding Hood Galore so I combined it with today's SKETCH CHALLENGE. On Going Gray CS I stamped the sanded background using Basic Gray after stampin off once as I do not have Going Gray. This is matted on Real Red bc my order has not yet reached me with my new In-colors "insert a pout here". I stamped the apples 3 times and the bucket once in basic gray then colored with prismacolor pencils and blended w/gamsol. I cut out one set of the apples to pop up above the set stamped above the bucket, then I cut 3 apples out to pop up on the 3 strips of real red pattern paper. green galore strip covers panel 2. The sentiment was inked, huffed and placed by use of my stamp-a-ma-jig. I punched a 1inch and 1 1/8 inch circle for the optional layer with the remained of the sentiment. I doodled around the main image and matted it on real red. Tied a small red gingham ribbon around panel 2 and viola, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it. Hope you have a wonderful Wendnesday.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Basket Full of Fun, Sanded
Paper: Real Red, Green Galore, Going Gray, Real Red Pattern Paper
Ink: Going Gray, real red

Bad Monday Morning

Well this was not a typical Monday for me. Woke up with N/V (maybe it was sympathy pains for Ashley- morning sickness) but usually it resolves with food. NOT happening this day. Went on to work anyway hoping it would get better. NOT. Then that dreaded overhead page of "Colquitt Regional would like to welcome Joint Commission Surveyors to our facility" yeeekkks not today, please tell me this is another Mock Survey. NOT, it is the real deal. Of all days. I have not had a day like this is over 3 yrs but they pick today to show up on our doorsteps. I made it all the way up to 12:30 and just had to finally give it up and go home. The rest of my day was spent between the bed and the bathroom with dh standing over me saying "you ready to go to the ER now or not?". Just let me die in peace please.
Well I woke up this morning and no nausea, YEH!. But the surveyors needed something Monday that only I had. So I arrived at work at 5:30am instead of 8am as usual which also meant no stamping for me again today. I need my ink to rubber fix. Maybe tomorrow.

A Leaf Load Of Thanks Featuring Denise

This is for today's FEATURED STAMPER CHALLENGE - Card Crazy aka Denise who has a fantastic gallery to cruise through. On my 2nd cruise I finally decided on her DENIDILL as the colors just kept screaming "me, oh pick me". I had never thought of blue, orange and green going together but I just loved the way they looked. I changed the shades of the colors, the theme and the layout. I used the sketch from HEATHER ROLIN'S SATURDAY SKETCH/COLOR Challenges. I also had to get this new stamp set from H&M Stamp Company dirty since I had not inked it up yet and today was perfect with these colors. I stamped the leaf pile then the cluster of leaves in black stazon on the white oval. I stamped the boy and rake on white in black stazon, colored then cut them out. yep I did cut between the bottom part of the rack, not easy to do, Shannon (e3stamper)would have pulled her hair out trying that. LOL. I colored the leaves with SU Markers then sponged in the open area with chaulks 1st close to cocoa then green galore. The sentiment is stamped in only orange cut with the SU Small Oval and matted on lg oval only orange. The boy, rake and sentiment are all popped up on diminsionals. Hope ya like it.

HMSC11, HMCC8, Miracle From Above

Hello Saturday, this card was created for today's sketch and color challenge presented every Saturday by Heather Rolin from H & M STAMP COMPANY on her BLOG. Today's challenge has an added incentive to it as well. If you rise to the challenge and create either the color or the sketch or do them together and use the correct keywords then place a link on Heather's blog you will be entered in a drawing for a $10 gift certificate to shop with at H&M Stamp Company. Today's colors were Pale Plum, Perfect Plum, red (pomegrante, cranberry or real red), and white. I used cranberry crisp since I have neglected it with the last set of in-colors. I also used my new Martha Steward border punch which also embosses. Click on the pic to see it close up but don't look too hard. It never fails with me the very last thing I try to do to a card I mess something up. When 0h when will I learn to leave well enough alone? :( Anyway I just love this adorable new baby set from H & M Stamps. It is just precious to me. Hope you like it too and remember that any order placed before Oct 1st receives FREE SHIPPING.

Espress Yourself with Friendship

This is for today's LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE - Coffee, Thursday's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE - Specialty Paper, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Monochromatics and Ashley's Bowen from TREEHOUSE STAMPS BRAIN WAVE CHALLENGE for my sketch. I created my own specialty paper by stamping the coffee beans in choc chip, coloring them with close to cocoa and applying stickles on the inside of each. I also appied stickles to the steam. I FINALLY got some nesties and used the large square scallop for my matt. The coffee cup was stamped twice on vanilla and colored, one was cut out and popped up. The nestie layer is also popped up. I think I like how this turned it.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Espress Yourself
Paper: Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa, Choc Chip, Vanilla
Ink: Choc chip, close to cocoa, only orange

Alana's Post Op Day

I finally loaded some pics I took of my Lana bug while she was napping Tuesday. She was so precious laying there sleeping off the effects of having her tonsils out. I found this dancing/singing frog at our gift shop and just had to get it for her. I thought it made a really cute gift since her mom is frog crazy but I think the noise is what made her Mom threaten me later, LOL She is 2 days post surgery now and doing really good. We rode over last night after I got off from work just to check on her. Sometimes 35 miles seems like 135 miles when I want to or need to be closer. We are all so glad she has done so well.

School Fun Teacher Percy

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE combined with Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVER'S CHALLENGE - Black Magic. I used 2 of the 40 new sets just released from H & M STAMP COMPANY. I stamped Teacher Percy in white craft ink and basic black on white. I cut out and popped up the image stamped on white. I colored the globe, pencil box and desk top on the black cs, the nose and bow tie on the popped up image all with Prismacolor pencils. I made the top section background using stamps from School Fun Percy and the bottom section is a sheet of dp from my minds eye. Hope you like it. I also stamped the alpha and numbers on the top of the black cs layer in white craft so that it would look like a chalk board. How'd I do? I think these sets are just adorable. Remember if you place an order between now and Oct 1st Heather is giving FREE SHIPPING.
RECIPE:
Stamps: School Fun Percy, Teacher Percy - H & M Stamp Company

Fairy Tale Wishes

Well my oldest grandbaby is having to have her tonsils out today not because of infection but they are just toooo big that she is having a hard time sleeping and breathing. Normally this is not a scary situation but this is the child that ended up in Macon on a ventilator for 12 days 5 yrs ago due to Asthma & RSV so her Mom is quite nervous about today. Please keep Alana & Shannon in your thoughts and prayers today. We are hoping she can go home later today but they may keep her overnight just to be safe. We will have to see how she does. Now onto todays project that I am much happier with then Monday's. LOL
This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE - Monochromatics. I used temp turquoise, taken with teal. soft sky and cool carribean for todays creation and for my stamp set I used 1 of the 40 new released stamped sets from H & M STAMP COMPANY. Heather has out done herself with all of these really fabulous sets and to prove how excited she is about this huge release she is giving everyone who places an order from now until Oct 1st FREE SHIPPING!. WOW that is what she said. This set is called Fairy Tales and I think it is just darling. I stamped the fairy in cool carribean on soft sky cs, cut it out and popped it up so I could place the wings behind her that are stamped on vellum in cool carribean. I folded the vellum then stamped on both sides so when I attached the cut out it would stand up for diminsion. Stickles applied in the open areas of the wings, all the butterflies and the trail from the wand to the snall butterfly. Hope you like it and don't forget to go shopping for some really great sets at a really great deal.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Fairy Tales - H&M Stamps
Paper: Taken with Teal, Cool Carribean, Soft Sky, vellum, white
Ink: Taken w/Teal, Cool Carribean, Tempting Turquoise
Accessories: ribbon, Ranger Stardust stickles

This is my pitiful attempt at today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Black Magic. I have seen this technique done before and my hat is off to those today who successfully complete it. This is just 1 of 40 new released today and in celebration of this HUGE release Heather is giving a coupon for FREE SHIPPING from today through Oct 1st. So go check'em out. My image is stamped with white craft ink and matted on pixie pink. The dp is My Minds Eye "Tango Expressions". I needed a card for a co-worker having a baby girl but I don't think this is it. Will have to keep trying.
