A Basket Full of Fun Apples

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 560, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 550 - Soft Marina Daffodils, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 553 - Doodled Dry Embossing, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 344 - How about them apples?. Now how could I resist combining all of these together. I wanted a larger apple and do not have the Spellbinders Apple dies YET so I hand drew and cut out an apple from daffodil delight cs. My embossing folder is the Paper Studio Intricate Swirl doodled with white jel pen. I added some yellow ribbon on the left panel of soft sky.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment and apples in daffodil delight and the basket in marina mist. On the envelope I stamped the sentiment in marina mist. Hope you like it.

UR The Apple of my Eye

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 550 - Soft Marina Daffodils, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 553 - Doodled Dry Embossing, Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 344 - How about them apples?, and Monday's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 417.
I embossed marina mist layer with the diamonds and dots embossing folder and traced on top of the raised areas with my white jel pen and matted that on soft sky. Cut the apple on front out with spellbinders fancy fruit apple die at attached to small white panel.
I used my marina mist marker to free hand the "U R" on the front and "the of my" as well as the drawing of the eye on the inside then stamped the apple from tart & tangy in daffodil delight. Hum I should have stamped the apple then did the free hand sentiment but I was too far gone when I go to that place to start over. I also stamped the apple on the front of the envelope. Hope you like it.

Tart & Tangy Lotus Blossom Thank You

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 553 - Doodled dry embossing and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 344 - How About them Apples. This vision came to mind as soon as I saw the 2 challenges after trying twice to get some sleep. gggrrr. So I decided to make it so maybe it would be out of my head and sleep might follow. I used a small embossing folder of THANK YOU and embossed on real red cs then traced around with my white jel pen. I inked the image up using real red and garden green markers then huffed and stamped on white cs, cut with a curcle punch, doodled around the edge and popped it up on dimensionals.
On the inside of the card and the envelope I stamped the sentiment from Lotus Blossoms in real red. I will give this to one of our younger grands to give to a teacher.

Come To Bethlehem you Ombre'

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 550 - Punc-tu-a-tion, Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 559,  andTuesday'sCOLOR CHALLENGE # 549 - Whispering in the Silver Lagoon. Just could not resist another attempt at Ombre technique with this sketch and color challenge making a Christmas card. I stamped the image omitting the star in lost lagoon. I stamped the star in smoke slate a scrap of white, cut it out, popped it up then added some silver stickles.
I stamped the star on the envelope then on the inside over the sentiment that was stamped in lost lagoon without re-inking. Hope you like it.

Season's Greetings with Snow Burst

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 559 and Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 549 - Whispering in the Silver Lagoon. I have been wanting to try the OMBRE' TECHNIQUE using SCS Tutorial and today I gave it a try. I tried first with my brayer which I have NEVER mastered the use of then with sponges using pool party and lost lagoon ink pads. Liked it much better since I got a more even and smooth look. I stamped the snowflakes the heat embossed across the top then the sentiment with lost lagoon at the bottom where the color was the lightest. This was matted on smokey slate gray cs then white base.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment in lost lagoon then on the envelope I stamped the largest snowflake in pool party then over the sentiment without re-inking. Hope you like it.

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 549 - Whispering in the Silver Lagoon with dessert of Christmas. My layout is from Monday's MOJO MONDAY'S SKETCH CHALLENGE # 416. I used my Maurvy Circle punches and adhered in pieces the nativity border scene. Stamped all sentiments in lost lagoon.
On the inside I stamped the image over the sentiment after stamping it on the envelope. Hope you like it.

Color Blocked Pumpkins from Harvest Blessings

This is for today's FREE 4 ALL CHALLENGE # 291 - There Once Was a Kitty Named Pumpkin, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 548 - Who Crushed my Cherries and Pumpkins in my Garden, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 551 - Color Blocking with Card Stock, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 342 - It's Punkin Time. Could NOT resist piling these all on today. It took me all week to remember I had the Pumpkin die. So sad to have so much that you can not remember having what you need :( LOL. I think this CAS is self explanatory. All sentiments were stamped in pumpkin pie. Hope you like this small fall greeting card. Off to work.

Trust god with October Birthstone

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 549 - What's Your Birthstone?  Well I am an October baby and tried all morning to think of what to do and how to find some "opal" colored cardstock and then this afternoon my daughter (e3stamper) reminded me I could use pink. Duh!! See what happens when you try to create something before your 2nd cup of coffee? LOL. Determined to play along I went with pink tonight and my favorite sentiment set from SU. My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 558. I was going for the illusion of painting. I hope I accomplished it. I used my scissors to fray the ends of the paper pieced cs on the paint brush and popped it up on dimensionals. My sentiment is stamped in blushing bride ink and the inside is the same as the envelope so I did not take a picture of it. Hope you like it.

Happy Fall Color Blocked Costume Bears

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 558. My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 548 - Who Crushed my Cherries and the Pumpkins in my Garden?. I could not resist color blocking the pumpkins on both side with crushed curry and pumpkin pie cs for Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVER CHALLENGE # 551 - Color Blocking with Card Stock. My pumpkins and CAS style are for Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 342 - It's Punkin' Time. I color the image with copics E34, 35 & 37, R59, YG63 & 67 and YR12 & 14.
I stamped all sentiments and the bottom of the inside and envelope with garden green. Hope you like it.

Color Blocked Blessings from Heaven

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 548 - Who crushed the Cherries and the Pumpkins in my Garden? and Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 551 - Color Blocking with Card Stock. I trimmed all 4 colors from today's CC twice and lined them up on my vanilla layer adhered them and trimmed to needed size then cut my feather die. I matted on crushed curry and popped up the feather on dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment in cherry cobbler on the front, inside, and envelope. I really went CAS on this one. Took a total of 10 minutes. Hope you like it.

Color Blocked Pumpkin Harvest

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 551 - Color Blocking with Cardstock. What a fun technique to play with. I dusted off some of my fall sets and played along with today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 342 Punkin' time. I too have called my girls and now call their kids punkin' so just had to play along. I used my Pumpkin Harvest ef on tangelo twist cs. My layout is from today's MOJO MONDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE # 415. Not too much details that are not obvious here. I stamped the sentiments in tangelo twist.
On the inside I stamped off once on the envelope before stamping on top of the sentiment. Hope you like it. Now off to work.

Espress Yourself with a Perfect Blend

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 548 - Coffee or Tea, Which do you drink?. Well I drink coffee up until 2pm after that I have trouble sleeping, and tea only occasionally. Can you believe that I am from the south and I don't drink sweet tea? LOL. Oh well. My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 557. My color combo is from Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 547 - Attempting Blissful Pirouettes. I sponged all 3 colors on my focal panel of white cs using Tim Holtz Splatters Stencil then sponged the edges with tempting turquoise. I then matted that on tempting turquoise and then on white card base. I stamped the both sentiments in tempting turquoise. I stamped the to go coffee cup on pink pirouette using blackberry bliss ink then tone on tone with cs and cut out the center section to attach on the cup.
The envelope was stamped with the cup images in tempting turquoise. I am so proud of myself as I have completed inside, outside and envelope on every card since June this year. A goal I set for myself. Now when I need a card I have only to do some freehand on the inside and viola it is ready to go. Hope you like this one.

Half On Half Off Decorated Snowman

Here is my COLOR CHALLENGE # 547 - attempting Blissful Pirouettes, and Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 550 - Half On Half Off. I stamped my image in momento tuxedo black then colored the top panel with copics. I added some clear stickles to the snow cap and yellow stickles to the star on the front panel and the envelope.

I stamped the sentiments in blackberry bliss on the front and the inside. I doodled around the top, bottom, and left side using blackberry bliss. Hope you like it. Now off to work I go after a lovely 3 days weekend.

Congrats Greeting Card Kids Half On Half Off

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 550 - Half On - Half Off, and today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 341 - Back to School. I am not at all sure I am happy with this but it is what it is. Time to move on to some house cleaning. It is Labor day and that means I need to labor. ugh. Anyway I tried 3 times to get a photo that captured the front. IRL it really is lined up. ggrrr. Too many issues this morning and glad I did not have to give up to get to work on time. I stamped the image on white and daffodil delight in tuxedo black then colored the white layer with copics: B34, B37, E21, E23, E25, E50, E51, G40, G43, R14, R17, Y13, Y18. I used some dp from DCWV called Grade School.
I stamped the sentiment from Congrats on the inside and envelope in cucumber crush. I will be giving this to one of my 2 younger grands after next year graduation up to next level. I hope you like it better than I do.

Front Fold Up More Merry Messages Gift Card Holder

This is for today's WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 547 - Seasons, Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 556, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 546 - Rich Cucumber Twist, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 549 - Front Fold Up Card, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 340 - Christmas/Holiday Gifts. I could not resist another Christmas card but today I made it large enough for a gift card to fit in. Christmas has always been the favorite time of year for my entire family. We love getting together, singing carols and just enjoying watching the kids open gifts with eyes of excitement. Today I used a Stampin Up Set called More Merry Messages and the same dp that was still on my work desk. I love making these front folds. Such a quick and easy card to make.
I stamped the envelope with the circle image reminder to not open til Christmas.

Front Fold Up Gifts of Joy

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE # 556, Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 546 - Rich Cucumber Twist, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 549 - Front Fold Up Card, and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 340 - Christmas/Holiday Gifts. I just had to make another Christmas gift card that was for a little boy, he will love the green in the gift section as well as his sister. I used some basic gray dp Eskimo Kisses today and orange ribbon today.
I cut and created my Christmas stocking from Quickutz using cucumber crisp and white cs. I punched some rich razzleberry cs with my crop-a-dile largest hole for faux brads. I stamped the sentiment on the side of the front of the card and the back of the envelope.  Hope you like it.

Snowman Christmas Gift Holder

This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE # 546 - Rich Cucumber Twist, Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 549 - Front Fold Up Card and Monday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 340 - Christmas holiday gifts. Well these front fold up cards are so quick and easy to make, Anne I am loving them. I have a granddaughter that thinks purple is the only true color so I made this with her in mind today. I think I will slip a folded bill in the gift section. I used a new to me set from Inky Antics - Decorated Snownman and stamped in black then colored with copics V04, V06, YG09, YR07. Stamped the sentiment above the hand and cut and matted on cucumber crush for the top part of the front. I used some coordinating dp for the folded sections except on the 2nd panel where I created a gift section.
I stamped the envelope and colored them with copics as well. Hope you like it and I know she will if I put some green in with that purple. LOL.
